All boards start at 2 5/8" thick. Boards include tank staves, head, and floor.

NO NAILS. Floor and Head boards do have dowel holes on the thickness side.

Stave Widths available = 5", 7"

Floor and Head Widths available = 3", 4", 5", 7", 8", 9", 10", 11", 12"

Staves taper from the tank floor to the heads by 1/2" - 5/8"; approximately 1/16" must be removed from the outer and inner edge for flush boards. 18'-19'6" long.

Head and Floor boards range from 8'–18' long. 

Custom millwork orders include casing, tongue & groove siding or paneling, and shiplap. Thicknesses: 5/16", 1/2" & 3/4.

Small 6" tank staves ends available for purchase at $6.50 ea for 5", $9.20 for 7". Full crates available for discounted rate.

Tanks can be purchased as a unit. Dimensions by tank capacity:

31,000 = 18' wide x 19' tall

28,000 = 17' 10" wide x 16' 6" tall

25,000 = 16' 6" wide x 19' tall

22,000 = 16' 3" wide x 17' 2" tall

15,000 = 13' 6" wide x 17' 2" tall

10,000 = 10' 8" wide x 19' tall

5,000 = 8' 3" wide x 17' 2" tall

There are no minimum purchases at this time, however materials must be picked up or shipping arranged by the customer. We can deliver small amounts for a fee in the bay area. The PRLS team can arrange for shipping at an additional cost.
